Located near Montalcino on the road leading to Sant'Angelo in Colle and Grosseto, the Villa i Cipressi farm started producing honey about thirty years ago. In the mid-nineties, they expanded by planting vineyards and olive trees. Now, Villa i Cipressi has three and a half hectares of vineyards, all guided by organic and ecological principles.
What started as a small beekeeping business in the 1970s has blossomed into a robust production of high-quality honey, oils, and wines.
Using principles of organic agriculture and photovoltaic energy,
the family-run Villa i Cipressi Farm produces honey, extra virgin olive oil, wine, and grappa with passion, respect, and quality.
